风力脱标机 Label Remover 本机主要用于套标类的PET塑料瓶商标纸的分离，是PET瓶破碎和清洗前必备的辅助设备之一。脱标机由两大部分组成，一、脱标环节：由脱标筒、主轴、动刀及筒壁上螺丝刀粒组成，二、分离环节：由风力分离系统、除标系统组成，配独立的搅标系统，防止标签纸因水分吸附、堵塞在出标口，高转速风机快速吸出、分离标签。 具有效率高、检修方便、操作简易等特点。 圆瓶脱标率达98%以上。 1. Label remover was designed for separating PVC labels from PET bottles. It especially has become an indispensable part of PET bottle recycling line. 2. Wear-resistant blades which having silicon carbide cutter teeth are welded on the shafts. The cutter teeth tear the label on the bottle surface, so that the label does not stick to the bottle body. 3. The suction separator (detachable) is used to completely separate the bottle body and the label. Convenient maintenance. |
